Some of the moveable side barriers have been stacked and some pontoon boats moved, probably to allow for a boat to pass. The camera seems to have been on this passing boat. This photograph might depict the central (pontoon) part of the Guangji Bridge (also known as Xiangzi Bridge), Chaozhou (Chaochowfu)?
