University of Bristol – Historical Photographs of China reference number: HR01-099. This photograph was taken in the private garden of Lou Lim Ioc (Lu Lianrou 盧廉若, 1878-1927), a Macau philanthropist, supporter of Sun Yat-sen. It is now a public garden, Lou Lim Ieoc Garden (Jardim de Lou Lim Ioc 盧廉若公園). The pavilion in the photograph appears to have been known as the Cixin tang (池心堂). See Fu-n091.
