The building on the corner is where the current National Industrial Bank building stands (completed in 1929). The third building in Museum Road is the original 1917 Royal Asiatic Society library and museum. This building was replaced by the 1932 RAS building, which still stands. The taller building on Beijing Road, behind the corner building, is the Atkinson and Dallas building. From a set of photographs in The National Archives referenced as ‘WORK 55/3’.
