This building, dating from 1910, had previously housed a branch of the Russo-Chinese Bank, which operated in Tianjin between 1896 and 1926. Street sign on the left: VICTORIA ROAD No. 3 (now 解放北路 Jiefang Beilu). Street sign on the right: CONSULAR ROAD No. 4 (now Datong Lu).
