No caption came with this photograph of the interior of the British Episcopal Church Foochow (Fuzhou), with fans. The church is decorated with Union Jacks and a banner ‘GOD SAVE THE KING’. Above the altar is a banner that reads: ‘From among thy brethren shalt thou set king over thee.’ Perhaps taken at the time of the coronation service for Edward VII, which was in August 1902.
