Walter Attwell Lynch Palmer (1892-1975) served with the Shanghai Municipal Police before a career with the Asiatic Petroleum Company (APC). He married Lillian Emily Burton. Their son, Colin Attwell Lynch Palmer (1929-2018), an ophthalmic surgeon, was born in Shanghai. See Pa02-068, Pa02-076 and Pa02-079 (same house in background).
