Road on left takes you Sheds 26 & 27. / Figure in foreground is “Tang Po” – cowboy carrying in his 2 pails supply of milk. The large pails are for carrying it in and the small ones for milking into – all brought for sterilization. He carries back foodstuffs in wooden pole arrangements slung at end of pole.
