University of Bristol - Historical Photographs of China reference number: WC02-20. A portrait of Arthur Legh de Legh (1876-1936), who may have been the captain of this ship. In 1920, he was the captain of a Harrison Line steamship, the ss Musician.The Ocean Steamship Company ran a steamship service known as the Blue Funnel Line (Alfred Holt and Company), between the United Kingdom and China. See WC02-05 (Arthur de Legh is third from the right).
