Luoyang Bridge (also known as Wan'an Bridge and the Bridge of 10,000 Times Peace) crosses the Luoyang River, at Quanzhou (Chinchew), Fujian. The characters on the print are: 宋蔡忠惠公督造洛阳桥 (which means roughly: Luoyang Bridge - the construction of this bridge was supervised by Cai Xiang in the Song Dynasty).
