Beyond this turning are the columns of the Exchange Building (Court House, later Supreme Court). The road on the left is D'Aguilar Street. The building on the left is the old Hong Kong Club Building, occupied in this photograph by Yee Sang Fat Co. On the corner with D'Aguilar Street is 36 Queen's Road, showing the sign of TAI WOO, PHOTOGRAPHER. The large sign in Chinese on the left is for a Christian school for Chinese children (青年會 漢文學校), which is nowadays the Chinese YMCA Secondary School.
