Caption in Index: 'Officers of the British Defense Forces. Ulsters - Welsh and Durhans.' Durhan is a typographical error for Durham. The regiments referred to in the caption are Royal Ulster Rifles, Royal Welsh Fusiliers, and Durham Light Infantry. The lapel pin worn by the officer on the left may be Royal Welsh Fusiliers. In the background is part of the Park Hotel (Guoji Fandian) and the Foreign YMCA. See JM04-169.
