A view at the New Summer Palace (Yiheyuan), Peking (Beijing). The Pavilion of Precious Clouds, also known as the Bronze Pavilion (宝云阁), was made entirely of cast bronze, in 1755. The Bronze Pavilion survived the 1860 burning. The doors and windows were looted following the Boxer Uprising, but were purchased and donated back to the Summer Palace in the 1980s.
