University of Bristol - Historical Photographs of China reference number: JC-s275. A post card posted from Shanghai to Miss McKenzie, 43 Park Circus, Ayr, Scotland, and postmarked April 1908. Printed on the back: Th. E., L. Threechrom Serie 1008/9. The out of register red colour is somewhat alarming. The message on the post card is: "Dear []don I hope this finds you well as it leaves me in the best of health at present. I am looking forward to the 16th of May it won't be long in passing now Jonnie is in the best of health also. / [.] Mills". The man seems to have a bowl of rice or noodles. See Bk05-12 and Ch-s17.
