A sticky note in the album page identifies the location as 新公園 ['Xin gongyuan' in Mandarin Chinese or 'Shin kōen' in Japanese]. This is an old name for Hongkew Park (虹口公園 'Hongkou gongyuan'), now called Lu Xun Park (鲁迅公园 'Lu Xun gongyuan'). See KA-s12, KA-s14, and KA-s15.
