Readble characters: On the metal arch, from right to left: 豆米?業私立商業[?] 'Dou mi'? 'ye sili shangye' [?] [=bean rice? (…) industry? private business/commerce (…)]. On the column on the right: first character on top is 山 'shan'. On the column on the left: first character on top in 湖 'hu'. Possibly the entrance to a factory building or to a commercial company?
