University of Bristol - Historical Photographs of China reference number: Tr01-005. “Hsi-Kwan-Shan” might be Xikuangshan (錫礦山), Hunan Province? The New Wah Chang Co. may be connected to the Wah Chang Corporation, an American company in the metal industry founded in 1916 by the mining engineer Kuo-Ching Li, who became known as the ‘Tungsten King’.
